Wedding Day Stationery
& Signage Pricing
Starting at $2,500
Couples spend an average of $3,500 for 9 items, including design & printing.
- 1 hour design consultation
- Sample pack
- Mooboard creation (color palette, typography, graphic elements & monogram)
- 6 custom designs of your choosing
- 2 revision meetings
- Print proofs
- Printing (based on 100 guests and standard shapes, sizes, materials, and print methods.)
- Post-print quality check
- Packaging & shipping (local pickup available in Vancouver, Toronto & Montreal)
- Upgraded materials
- Upgraded sizes
- Die cut shapes (i.e. anything other than rectangular or square)
- Luxury print methods or finishings (e.g. foil, letterpress, embossing, etc.)
- Larger quantities (i.e. more than 100 guests)
- Additional items ($200 per design + printing fee by quote only)
- Custom illustrations
- Custom fonts
- Embellishments (e.g. ribbon, wax seals, fasteners, grommets, etc.)
- Assembly (i.e. of embellishments)
Pricing FAQs
It is definitely possible to adjust pricing for your guest count.
For stationery, the printing cost is determined based on the printing method or finishings (digital, die cut, metallic foiling, letterpress, embossing, or debossing), the number of prints, the type of paper, etc.
For signage, the printing cost is determined based on the type of material and size of the sign.
A consultation will help determine an estimate price for your project.
The design fee includes :
- Design consultation (30-60 minutes)
- Creating a moodboard
- Finding the right typography and color palette
- Designing at least 2 options per item
- Meeting for design reviews (30 minutes x2)
- Design revisions (x2)
- Setting up files for print and sending a final proof
Payments can be made by e-transfer or by credit card.
1 – A deposit must be paid to book ahead. Not required if the project begins within 1 month of booking.
2 – The design fee must be paid to begin any design work including the first design meeting.
3 – Printing or production fees must be paid once the final details are decided.
4 – Fees for additions, changes, embellishments, shipping, etc. must be paid once incurred.
A non-refundable deposit is required if the project begins more than 1 month from booking.
