How it Works
Phase 1: Design
We’ll discuss your wedding aesthetic and vision for your custom wedding seating chart. I’ll create a moodboard and design multiple options. You can provide feedback over 2 rounds of revisions.
Phase 2: Printing
Once designs are finalized, you’ll receive a digital proof to approve. We’ll finalize materials, finishings, and print methods, and then your seating chart will go into production.
Phase 3: Assembly & Delivery
Finally, we’ll discuss embellishments such as ribbons for a linen seating chart, wax seals for a mirror seating chart, etc. Then, your chart will be available for pickup in Vancouver or delivered.

Frequently Asked Questions
Each project takes a minimum of 2 months. This could be longer if you’re choosing a luxury print method.
Recommended Timeline
Start designs: 2 months before wedding
Receive final guest list: 4 weeks before wedding
Printing:3 weeks before wedding
Delivery:1-2 weeks before wedding
*Note, if you’re based outside of Vancouver, you’ll need to allow time for shipping.
To secure your spot, it is ideal to book 5-6 months ahead of time especially if your wedding is between May to September.
If you book with less than 2 months to complete the project, there will be rush fees.
The styles I’m known for are modern, colourful, fun, bold, typography-led, or editorial. My illustration style is hand-drawn in a refined or playful way.
No! Ideally, you’ll have an idea of the seating arrangements to use as placeholder information. Once the RSVPs are in and your seating arrangements are finalized, I’ll finalize the design.
In that case, because the seating chart would need to be printed 3-4 weeks before the wedding, you may have to include extra guests who potentially won’t come. That way, you’re sure to have everyone’s name included.
