How it Works
Phase 1: Design
We’ll discuss your aesthetic and the vision for your custom save the dates. I’ll create a moodboard and design multiple options. You can provide feedback over 2 rounds of revisions (virtual calls).
Phase 2: Printing
Once designs are finalized, you’ll receive a digital proof to approve. We’ll finalize materials, finishings, and print methods, and then your save the dates will go into production.
Phase 3: Assembly & Mailing
Finally, guest addresses are printed on custom designed envelopes. I’ll assemble your save the dates with any embellishments, add stamps, and mail them for you.

FAQs About Save the Dates
Each project takes a minimum of 2 months. This could be longer if you’re choosing a luxury print method.
Recommended Timeline
Start designs: 8-10 months before your wedding
Mail: 6-8 months before your wedding
Recommended Timeline for Destination Weddings
Start designs: 12-14 months before your wedding
Mail: 10-12 months before your wedding
It’s ideal to book 5-6 months ahead of when the design should start. Peak season (May to September) gets fully booked 6-8 months ahead of time.
If you book with less than 2 months to complete the project, additional rush fees may apply.
The styles I’m known for are modern, colourful, fun, bold, typography-led, timeless, or editorial.
My illustration style is hand-drawn in a refined or playful way.
Yes! Every client will receive a sample pack in the mail.
You need to have your wedding date finalized before we print.
For destination weddings, it’s helpful to also provide guests with a specific venue or general location.
Yes! A digital proof for each save the date will need to be approved before printing begins.
Printed proofs are only available for certain print methods at an additional charge.
My process is to work with clients from start to finish, beginning with the design. Unfortunately, I don’t print designs made by others.
Yes, depending on the illustration and its quality for printing.
