How it Works

Phase 1: Design
We’ll discuss your wedding aesthetic and vision for your custom wedding welcome sign. I’ll create a moodboard and design multiple options. You can provide feedback over 2 rounds of revisions.
Phase 2: Production
Once designs are finalized, you’ll receive a digital proof to approve. We’ll finalize materials, finishings, and print methods, and then your welcome sign will go into production.
Phase 3: Assembly & Delivery
Finally, we’ll discuss embellishments such as ribbons for a linen welcome sign, frames for cardstock welcome signs, etc. Then, your sign will be available for pickup in Vancouver or delivered.

Frequently Asked Questions
Each project takes a minimum of 2 months. This could be longer if you’re choosing a luxury print method.
Recommended Timeline
Start designs: 2 months before wedding
Printing:3-4 weeks before wedding
Delivery:1-2 weeks before wedding
*Note, if you’re based outside of Vancouver, you’ll need to allow time for shipping.
To secure your spot, it is ideal to book 5-6 months ahead of time especially if your wedding is between May to September.
If you book with less than 2 months to complete the project, there will be rush fees.
The styles I’m known for are modern, colourful, fun, bold, typography-led, or editorial. My illustration style is hand-drawn in a refined or playful way.
