How it Works
Phase 1: Design
We’ll discuss your wedding aesthetic and the vision for your custom wedding invites. I’ll create a moodboard and design multiple options. You can provide feedback over 2 rounds of revisions.
Phase 2: Printing
Once designs are finalized, you’ll receive a digital proof to approve. We’ll finalize materials, finishings, and print methods, and then your wedding invites will go into production.
Phase 3: Assembly & Mailing
Finally, guest addresses are added to custom designed envelopes. We’ll discuss embellishments and then your wedding invites are assembled, stamped, and mailed for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Each custom invite takes a minimum of 2 months. This could be longer if you’re choosing a luxury print method.
Recommended Timeline
Start designs: 5 months before wedding
Mail: 3 months before wedding
Receive RSVPs: 5 weeks before wedding
For example, if your wedding is in June, we should start working on your designs in January.
Recommended Timeline for Destination Weddings:
Start designs: 1 year before wedding
Mail: 10 months before wedding
To secure your spot, it is ideal to book 5-6 months ahead of time.
If you book with less than 2 months to complete the project, there will be rush fees.
The styles I’m known for are modern, colourful, fun, bold, typography-led, or editorial. My illustration style is hand-drawn in a refined or playful way.
Yes! If you’re based in Vancouver, you can book your design consultation in person.
If you’re based in Toronto, Montreal, or anywhere else in Canada, I can mail a sample kit to you.

Yes! A digital proof for each custom invite piece will need to be approved before printing begins.
Printed proofs of your invites are only available for certain print methods at an additional charge.
My process is to work with clients from start to finish, beginning with the design. Unfortunately, I don’t print designs made by others.
Yes, depending on the illustration and its quality for printing.
The quantities can be adjusted. A consultation will help determine a quote for your project.
